It is absolutely amazing, as my husband got the gift he has been wanting for nearly a year, an All grey kitty. After adopting Her, she needed her 2nd follow up shot by a certain date, or she'd have to have them repeated. Not happy with the answers we got during our discussion with Vet Office on M-55 in Tawas, as they treated us like we were applying for a loan, saying the I needed to be an Established Patient first! Then said they couldn't get our pet in until 5 weeks after she needed her Shot. Decided to take advice from a few friend's about Dr. Tom's Office, and we were overjoyed with everyone there! They actually Do put your Loving Pet First! They all were very friendly and knowledgeable. Treated Assh, our kitten wonderful, so much so that she remained calm throughout her exam. She did not even have issues with her shot. Wasn't sore, no small lump, was an active kitten as soon as she got home. We plan to continue with Dr. Tom's Office and recommend him to those who truly do...

Dr Tom is honestly an amazing Vet. Words don’t even describe how amazing he is. He is patient with you and your animal. He explains everything for you to understand. He’s not racing to be done to head to the next client. He doesn’t try and push things onto you for more money. He simply tell you what he recommends and also says why. I feel like I learned more then I was expecting today. He was great with all of my animals. They all loved him. My gelding was really seeming to like him it was really cute. He’s seriously one of the good ones left. I didn’t think there was any good ones left. He’s not the typical Vet that only cares about money he honestly cares about the animals. Literally the best. If anyone says otherwise.... not sure what’s wrong...

Great customer service, every front desk clerk was very social and friendly. We called them because every other local vet we tried was booked and turned us away. So we called farm and vet (about an hour away from where we were) and explained we have a frenchton with a scratched eye, the front desk woman said they were booked, but thought we should bring her in, and double booked us, very nice and accommodating about it!!!! When we arrived they were pretty much ready for us. We had Dr. Tyler, he was very gentle, KNOWLEDGABLE and quick. I highly recommend this place for anyone who loves in the area.
