So about 2 weeks ago, we had called because we thought we were accidentally overcharged for my grandmother's medication. We spoke with Ezra, who then told us to come in with her prior refills so they could see what was going on. By the time we got there, they were closed, but Ezra was nice enough to still help, and went the extra length to check my grandmother's insurance and dig to see what he could do for a price adjustment. He then said we could bring the meds back for a full refund, and gave us enough to get her through the weekend since the insurance companies were closed for the day and it was a Friday. I have changed my rating from a lower to 5 stars! They have made great efforts to improve the customer service when picking up my medication. The young girl they have now, that was working and helped me today, is fantastic! Great customer service and super friendly. Overall, they really do have a great staff now and will continue to use them for my medications...

Came back 3 time to pickup Prescriptions and still have to wait another 1 hour to pickup and I hope it will be ready .
