Last time I went here there were 3 employees...the woman was the only one to greet us when we walked in...and she made our sandwiches and rolled them in the paper and got them ready for us to take...and she had to move back to get the next customers order...there were 2 other boys there at the time...one was in the back and the other had a mop bucket but was standing next to the bucket texting on his phone!!! She Apologized for the wait to pay and said she would be right with us...she said that and the kid on his phone walked out the door to go outside to finish his phone business...finally the boy that was in the back came out but we waited a good time before he came out!!! The woman was super patient and handled the situation a whole lot better then I...

Never going to order from here again, I ordered online and I pressed order, The app said error but yet still took $17 off of my card. Which is weird because usually it says “Preparing Order”. I called the store to ask about and it they basically said they can’t do anything about it and that it’s not there problem. I had also asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t one and wouldn’t be there until the morning smh. Which confused me because why wouldn’t a manager be there?
