Terrible experience. I walked in the store for the first time with my little child and the store was open. Moment I walked in, an old guy started shouting we are closed, we are not showing anymore, unless you can pick and buy in few minutes. And he kept going on and on. The voice and tone was loud, rude and totally unacceptable. My child looked shaken and so did I. This was in the presence of around 11 people already in the store trying to buy stuff. Absolutely amazing customer service and truly a stress free buying experience, No hustling or conning the customer, allowed me to take my time to come to a decision. This is how customer service should be everywhere!!! Extremely accommodating of what I needed, understood the requirement and actually helped me with the right purchase even though it was for less than what I initially intended to spend. The staff is not helpful nor friendly. I drove almost an hour for some minor repairs which would have still generated the store an income but if you don't buy from them they won't help you. I won't buy anything from a place with bad service. American customer service is so much better, they do repairs irrespective of you buying from them. Money is money.
