I've only had one negative experience here and it was actually an outside contractor's fault for getting paint on one of the coils I was picking up, however the warehouse team was able to find me another load with about 30 min without my dispatcher needing to call anyone. I am usually in and out within an hour maybe two hours if I show up near lunch. They DO NOT have overnight parking, but there's a freaking TA like 2 miles away that always has parking even in the middle of the night. Picked up a van load of zinc dros @ 6085. Easy in . Easy out. Everything went smoothly with no waiting around. People were friendly and helpful. Constantly block the driveway shuttling thier train cars. Results in back ups on US hwy 12, causing dangerous situations. Any one in an accident because if these back ups should contact a good lawyer, as this is an unneeded back up. When it was owned by Bethlehem steel they did this switching on 3rd shift when there was little to no truck traffic... guess the new owners said to heck...
