We really have to stop meeting like this. So first it was me needing a new car after a deer totaled mine back in June 2024,š© (thereās a review for that) I meet Walt and he and the team get me into a vehicle after everyone else said no or turned their back and didnāt want to wait it out with me. That was September 2024 fast-forward to December 2024 when that same car was sideswiped, I know what youāre thinking her luck is impeccable. š«£ After letting insurance do their thing my car was finally ready to be repaired and I picked it up today after about a little over a week. Hereās the deal, I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone here. Getting my first oil change was fantastic the staff was amazing everyone was attentive. Then my key fob stopped working and though on vacation Walt still checked in with Me to make sure that I was taken care of and the battery was replaced. š„¹ Now weāre over at collision, (we meet again old friend) the last time I was at collision I was cleaning out my Nissan rogue and saying goodbye because it was Totaled out. I now have a new friend at collision āHey Briā š Brianna Treated me like we were old friends She explained everything to me she took her time with me she made sure I was OK with everything. She kept me updated with everything and I really felt like I was just talking to a dear friend. The entire staff at the collision department made this experience so easy. And I cannot think of his name but if he sees this review heāll know, he gave me a really sound opinion that allowed me to make a good decision during this process. šāāļø So once again Preston, you guys are absolutely off the charts when it comes to customer service. But today is was poor, I pull in to the ford dealership to get service realizing I canāt get thru to the service side due to worked vehicles I back up to go out the parking lot and enter the other entrance. In the process of my car being in reverse a guy comes up to my window. He goes can I help you. I said yes I am here for service. But I also wanted to talk to someone about referrals. I said I referred my sister up here and she got not one but two cars from yāall in a matter of a few weeks. I said I talked to Adam thru email a little regarding this but I wanted to speak to someone face to face since I am here today. This kid says Adam wasnāt there today but that I should find comfort in knowing that my sister was at one of the best dealerships and had a great experience. He then continued to say oh what do you want a bottle of wine and he laughs!!! I can take a joke as well as the next person I can even crack jokes but one thing I donāt like is condescending attitude from someone. One there are a ton of dealerships people can go to I sent my sister to Preston because of my first overall experience. But today has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth with the way business was handled. I truly donāt truly donāt think Iāll be referring anyone to Preston anymore after that experience. Customer at Preston Chevrolet not only myself, but my family And this has been the most disappointing experience.I have ever had. The cars transmission went after 6 days. Then, the service department kept the car for almost 2 months. Granted, they did provide me a loaner vehicle. However, the updates were few and far between. I had to seek them out. I contacted my trusted salesperson whom has left Preston, which leads me to believe. I will not revisit Preston in the future for any purchases. However, issues with the used car continue to not be rectified. And when I've had it in service after the transmission was replaced, continue to point out the issues. I just get the push off. From the service department then told that it was brought to their service manager's attention.Last friday, september twelfth and that they would call me monday, september fifteenth.Well, today's friday.And they still haven't called me.And I followed up yesterday on thursday, and they apologized and said that they would get back in touch with me.And once again i'm just waiting. I know you can't predict what you get with a used car.But they put their seal of approval on this car, and it has been a problem ever since truly, I wish I could just simply give it back, but unfortunately, the reality is, I can't.I am stuck with a car that shakes that is completely out of line and...
