1000% the worst boutique EVER! They have always had slow shipping but never this ridiculous! I have tried to purchase orders several times. And they cancel my order with not even an email explaining.. I just have to randomly hope I see an automatic email stating I have a credit if I even get that or just happen to hop on the app to look at my order to check the status. I have been trying to spend my credit for probably 2 years now. I’m so done! I email them and it’s the same excuses. They ran out of inventory or the item is damaged. And it ticks me off bc I have to wait months on end to find any of this out. Which if the items damaged, why can’t u tell me that soon if it’s in house. I see from previous reviews, they use this excuse a lot. U can tell they could care less about their business going down. This should be illegal! I have gone to make a review on them for some time now, but told myself to hold off each time at least until I get my money spent from my credit but it seems I’ll never get it anyways. And then to use all the credit u usually have to go over some to use it all and then that makes u spend a little more and gives u a bigger credit (more money in their pocket). The last email I just got is they’re a 99% a preorder company. Well I see nothing listed about my item being a preorder and honestly none of the other items either. U would think they’d state it in descriptions. The emails are just a slap in the face imo. The email also stated they’re just now shipping Nov. and Dec. Orders. Well today is march 18th 2024. I know I will not get a refund from all the other reviews I’m seeing. They just don’t care. I don’t see how this is still a business. I’m reporting to the bbb. I’ve had enough! Oh yeah and most of their items now, come off of sites like SHEIN. I have found so many of the exact items on there. Pic below of the last response I received back from customer service.

I have been shopping Easy Peasy Boutique that is family owned by a mother and daughter since 11/20 and have placed over 185 orders and I've NEVER had any issues with ANY of my orders. My orders come in a quick timely manner. I have LOVED every purchase that I've made for myself and for all my loved one's as gifts. The quality of ALL my items ordered is amazingly superb. Easy Peasy is very affordable and have deals and sales daily. If you like to be in style at an affordable price than Easy Peasy is a boutique for you!!! EASY PEASY has the largest assortment of graphics that I have ever seen and are made in house and some customized. I ordered my daughter a crewneck sweatshirt with her three son's name on it and she loves it. Always a great selection of jeans, top's, shoes, loungerwear, purses, bags, makeup, jewelry, snacks and so so much more. Things you didn't even know you needed but must have...lol. Madison is really wonderful at explaining sizing and descriptions of every item in her lives. Madison and Lori the owners go above and beyond and then some to give back to their customers, community and also to give back to their customers families. Not just one a year or twice a year but daily they give back. Why...because Maddi, Lori, Bails, Ryan and the rest of the staff REALLY CARE about their customers. I can't even begin to tell you all the things they have done to give back but here are a few for they have paid bills for families, grocery gift card's, given away YETI coolers, gas cards, gift cards, IPads, computers, patio sets, many trips includeding Cancun, Bahamas, cruises, big screen TVs, Blackstone griddles, just too much to list here and also thousands upon thousands and I really do mean thousands of dollars in store credit (just this morning Maddi gave away $1000.00 in store credit). I have NEVER shopped at a Boutique that is so GIVING and THANKFUL for each and everyone of their customers and it shows. Maddi, Lori and their staff really care about each and everyone of the their customers. I love tuning in for their lives even if I'm not buying anything because it's a great time with Maddi, Bails, Ryan and my shopping friends. I can be having the worst day ever and they always put a smile on my face. Easy Peasy IS part of my FAMILY! I know that I'm NOT the only one that feels this way. Us that shop at Easy Peasy are also family. We make connections while on the live and become friends. One can never have too many friends. We get to know a lot about everyone's families and what is going on with one another while shopping and having fun. We pray for each other and lift one another up. Easy Peasy is definitely a family and I'm blessed to be part of this family. THANK YOU EASY PEASY FOR ALL YOU DO AND MAKING EACH OF US FEEL SPECIAL!!! One star is generous, there should be an option for zero stars for this boutique. I had bought from there for about a year - service was just okay then (sizing seemed off on some items, shipping wasn’t too bad). At that point, they lied a lot about promotions (I remember Bailey saying you would get a feee item if you were within the first 100 orders, I made my purchase as she said they still had plenty left but then big surprise, I did not get the promotion and when I emailed they said it sold out quickly, happened twice that I remember ). That should have been my signal to stop buying but they had some cute stuff so I bought things.

Eventually, wait times for crazy long and multiple items were getting cancelled and the credits kept coming. They also say items were damaged or no longer in stock - I think they are waiting for orders to come in and then they buy things which makes wait times long and the possibility they can’t even get your item. One very annoying thing is that you NEVER get an email when an item is cancelled or that you have a credit. It’s up to you to figure that out. Very shady in my opinion.

I had been trying to spend a credit since January - made an order and it got cancelled 2 months later, did another order in March - cancelled in May, last attempt made and it was cancelled in July. Each time they say the item was damaged or not in stock. So after 7 months of trying to spend the credit and each time waiting 8 or more weeks to get nothing, I reached out via email. It’s always the same response “Hey Babe, we only do account credits”.

There is more to what I know about this boutique but I don’t want to make this review any longer. I did email them and tell them I am filing a complaint with the BBB. Just avoid buying from them, shop other boutiques - you’ll get better quality stuff, much faster than this place. Actually you get “stuff” period since this boutique can’t even ship anything out to you it seems! I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before they go out of business.

Edit: 4/3/24 - tries to spend the credit one last time on 12/22/23 and emailed today to find out what’s up. I got the new response that they are 99% preorder and they are shipping orders from Dec/Jan now. I’m sure I will get a credit soon without an email explanation.

I did report them to the local BBB several months ago and got no response from the BBB. They probably don’t bother to investigate them anymore because they have so many complaints about Easy Peasy. What a...

I placed an order on February 27th it is now April 8th. If I could give no stars I would. They say their shirts are custom orders and made in their warehouse. On the website states shipping to be 5-9 business days. And processing 4-7 business days before shipping! I’ve emailed several times and have been told it can take up to two weeks for processing since they make the shirts in their “warehouse”. Well it’s been well over all those times they have told me!! I emailed one last time about my order and got told it’ll be even longer because it was a big order for one of the shirts?! And that they state this on their lives! Who has time to sit and watch their drawn out lives just to hear that it can take this long for shirts after they told me several different times!!! You’re joking right! So many excuses! I’ve ordered from many boutiques before and have never had to wait over months to receive my order! I will never shop here again! Also don’t buy their pants either they run extremely small my 8 yr old can probably fit the pair I’ve bought from them! I normally wear a size 10 so I got a size 11. Can barely get them over my thighs! And they don’t do refunds either which is ridiculous only store credit. Why would I want to buy something else from there when clearly nothing works! Never again!

UPDATE- still have not received my order! It’s been about 40 business days!! I ordered from another boutique who clearly states on their website 1-2 weeks processing time before shipping! Literally a week later my shirts were shipped and they make theirs custom and in a warehouse as these crooked people try to say they do that’s why it takes too long. Yeah right. Don’t waste your time they won’t refund your money either! Just put it towards store credit when you want nothing to do with them again! I will update again if and when I ever receive my stuff!

UPDATE #2- I received one shirt late April and another shirt late May. Still have one more item that I still have not received but this is their process. Which is extremely ridiculous. I will update when I finally get my last order and will be free...
