Our server was prompt, and brought our courses of our dinner in a timely manner. She was very friendly and attentive! I only regret that I did not get her name to give her credit for being such an awesome waitress! Though since we definitely will be returning to Puzzler's, I will get her name and give her the credit she deserves in my amended review! Our appetizer was hot, fresh, and delicious! The salad was fresh, crispy cold lettuce and veggies! One of the best salads I have had in a while! I had the Prime Rib Panini, and it was hot fresh and delicious! I had a couple of Margaritas, which were well balanced mix of Tequila and Margarita mix! Of our group of 4 all were equally satisfied with our dinning experience! Now as my better half says, I will tell you the down side to Puzzler's? It appeared to be a sports bar, as it has several video screens showing different sports on each screen. The music was very loud, to the extent that we had to yell to have a conversation! The men's room door was propped open to the extent that people walking passed the open door could easily see one at the urinals! In addition there is only 1 stall in the men's room that has no door! Again puts one in the public eye when taking care of private business! So if you're like me, and value privacy when taking care of business, this is not at all a good set up! This place is extremely fun with a great atmosphere. Although, I didn’t get our waitresses name she did nothing but treat me rudely the entire night because I was the only person at our table who didn’t start a tab after ordering my first drink. The second I told her my order and said I wasn’t interested in starting a tab with the idea of not staying for a long period of time is when the attitude began. It happened immediately and lasted until I left. I had 2 vodka crans by the end of the night. I regret tipping her a dime. She was shorter, thin, long eyelashes, with long black hair. I never leave negative reviews but I could not believe the way I was treated. Someone at our table tried to order me a third drink without my knowledge and she refused after being informed the drink was for me… My bill was $6 & I still tipped her $2. Was truly ridiculous after being the most sober at our table with the most attention/respect towards her. I’m always extremely polite to bar waitresses with the thoughts of only imagining what they encounter serving intoxicated guest. I think she was taking advantage of my tipsy friends & gave me a hard time because I wasn’t making her job as easy a possible I guess? Such a fun place to go dance and have a great time. They have a patio outside as well so you're able to stay in or go out. The wait for drinks is a little bit because they are really busy typically but they play good music, have a nice dance floor and cheap drinks. It's a place to go out with your friends when you're looking for somewhere up beat with a lot of energy and want to socialize. If you go it's not a club so to speak but you dress up a little and go to have a good time. They have all kinds of drinks available and everything is dirt cheap with generous pours. The dance floor is pretty centrally located and they have a DJ who picks out the mixes and lights to dance under. They also have tables you can sit at if dancing isn't your thing and I believe different bar games you can play as well. They do have security who stands at the door and checks IDs.
