I knew for my first time stepping into an Aldi, I wanted it to a super Aldi. So, we went to the one in Bon Aire Plaza. I must say- it did not disappoint. It's a really nice, clean, well-stocked store. My expectation (based off of what other's told me) was that it was "dirt cheap". While I did not find this to be true for all of the items, I was pleasantly surprised to see the majority of the items reasonably priced. Many others used self-checkout, too, rather than stand in line. Customer service...
Read moreWhen Bottom Dollar closed their location a half mile from my house, I prayed for an Aldi. My prayers were answered and continue to be with the convenience of this store so close to home. As unorganized as I usually am, being able to hop over for items I need is truly heaven sent, and saves time and gas. The only negatives are that sometimes the produce goes bad quickly and the items you find that you really like, especially the special ethnic ones are only available at limited times. Staff is always friendly and fast, and the lines move...
