If I could give them a zero I would.
To anyone in butler looking to get married NEVER go to D.I. Bridal. Not only are the employees extremely rude but they messed EVERYTHING up but they are not sorry for their mistakes. They ordered one of my bridesmaids dresses wrong but did nothing to help me fix and told me itās my fault and problem that they screwed up. Next I went to pick up everything of mine after they told me it was all steamed. My veil was in a grocery bag all wrinkled up, my moms belt was missing from her dress and they tried to blame our seamstress. When I asked for the owner to call me everything miraculously has been steamed and ready to fix. I said I would still like to talk to the owner considering she never even called me about my bridesmaid dress the owner then proceeded to tell her employees to tell me she refuses to speak to me! Such poor management and people skills. I will never step foot in that establishment again.
My wedding day will still be beautiful and wonderful but no thatās to this business. I have never been so offended in my life!
**To add more since I canāt find how to respond to you Iāll add it here. How inappropriate for you to mention any of my girls names or business about my wedding. You messed up my bridesmaid colors because the color you messed up was NEVER supposed to be that color. How shameful of you to run a business that way. And the only reason I had to raise my voice is because Donna is so rude. Not only to me but to my bridesmaids about weight and getting a dress. How dare you claim that it is all me when you never gave me the time of day to call and try and help me. How unprofessional and rude of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe do NOT recommend this business. Terrible experience. Chose this store due to its proximity, not a lot of free time to shop around for a tux for my son for prom. Selected the tux in the store, son was measured, fitted, etc. Price was over $250, which is over $100 over the average tux price if you do any google research. Still, it was convenient. Drove home and a few hours later, we were told this tux was not available for several months. So we had to drive BACK to the store, and select another tux. We were told no rush on returning it, any time the first part of the week after prom would work. No mention of late fees, etc. When my son picked it up, the large ticket with a due back date was left blank. My husband was going to return the tux the Tuesday after prom (as I was out of town, and my son was traveling with team sports) but the D.I. web site said they were closed on Tuesday, so he waited for Wednesday - upon which he was told the tux was 2 days late and there would be a late charge. On an already way overpriced tuxedo (over $250). My husband explained how he'd planned to return it on Tuesday, but the web site said the store was not open. The employee told him that yes the store was open Tuesday; he said their web site was not accurate, and the employee said it was not an acceptable excuse, nor did she have any interest in the blank tag with no due date, nor in the casual verbal instructions to return it any time the first part of the week following prom. $42 late charge on the credit card they required. We will never support this business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBe warned, the service at this establishment has declined and the reviews here do not do justice to inform you accurately. I have now revived this review several times and I don't care what "paige" or the owner have to say. It's one thing to have a bad day and another to be consistently inconsistent with regard to rudeness to customers.
I never asked you to go above and beyond, I just wanted reliable and polite service. The following interaction really summarizes my point: the shoes needed re ordered, I asked what time I can expect them to be in. The response is " well I am not going to come in early like I did yesterday you can show up at 10am when we open!!" Please note that I made no request to stop in early. This is by definition rude.
The point is: go somewhere else that cares to do measurements right and not empower a system where everything needs re-ordered because it wasn't measured properly in the first place. I was actually told quote:" it's not my fault you don't know what size shoes you wear!"... I don't wear wedding shoes every day and they are manufactured by a different company its literally your job to measure these things.
They failed and there is literally no excuse. My anxiety is just pure frustration at this point, what can you expect when their process is, we'll just re order it and it'll be on the next truck, don't ask when it'll be in, it's not our fault we couldn't measure properly after the second re order!. Then they have the gull to charge over 40$ extra for failing and needing to reorder 3 times.
I'm done. Be...
