Sherwood Lanes — Local services in Butler Township

Very dicriminative business, better options withing mile(s). Been (no longer as of today) a customer for over 20 years, place used to be awesome. After being given shit over bringing a coffee in (their coffee tastes like oil and is more then blistering hot) I offered to buy a coffee and dump my coffee into the cup, which was not permissible, even after buying food for 3 people too! Was ok for my 2 year old to have her juice ironically! Upon walking the area, notice not one, but two other "outside beverages." Would love to attach a few pictures! Lanes keep getting worse and they installed string pins, which suck, still break down, prompted on TV that a technician has been alerted, while the "technician" is playing on his phone! Over 20 years of coming here, but looks like those days have come to and end. Business should be fair and concise across the board. Moral of this story, be consistent and fair with life!!!! More of a loss for them, a $2 coffee cost them a 20+ year league bowler. Family bowlaway is a stones throw away for anyone reading this review and wanting to give a local lane a try. I personally haven't been here in years. And after the infantile actions of this business , I'll never go here. I could care less what beef or problems this business has with it's neighbors. Not my problem. So you'd think. We had a dinner this evening in a building behind this business. Apparently this business felt it necessary to block in some vehicles between the bowling lanes and the business behind it. Some people couldn't get out. And I know as of this evening there's about 25 people who said this is and was childish. So therefore will not get our business. GROW UP !!! And keep your issues with the ones at hand. Not everyone else. How were we to know that this was going to happen. We didn't. And it was unnecessary all the way around. You can't take your issues out on the public and make someone who's not involved ,pay for your infantile...

We are a local shop that have some business with Tina, from Sherwood Lanes and Crossbow lounge and we had the most pleasant experience communicating and working with the owners and staff.
