This place is a joke now. It was better under Kaiser's. You guys seriously need to get your things together. There are MANY items that are expired or went bad. I've bought a can of soup and had to throw it away because it was bad even though the expiration date was good. This is the second time now that I've went in for meat and you didn't have the specific meat. The first time was ground beef and now it's chicken breast. You should have all meats available until the end of day. I had to completely change what I wanted for dinner and already having a hard time eating, makes it even harder having to completely change the ONLY thing you wanted. I am beyond furious. This place is only concerned about making money. Constantly having "deals" but everything that's in the deal you can't buy separately or is almost expired. On christmas eve, without a warning put on on your main page, why take the meat and put it away almost 2 hours before you close the store? the main portion of the meal? this is the only grocery store in butler, you’ll have to drive out of town, 20-30 to another store. this is bad business and puts family’s out before the holiday. walmart, kroger, etc doesn’t even do this to “save on meat” they make sure meat is fresh come opening day, not refrozen and then rethawed for sale after already being thawed. this is not...

The place was dirty. The cashiers never acknowledged anyone as they walked in. The sales flyer read, Pepsi products were on sale but didn't order enough for the sale. Then my son asked if they had any in back. Stock boy said no, walked in back, tapping cases of dew, and Dr. Pepper, laughing with his buddy, saying, "I've saved these back for us."
