Subway — Restaurant in Butler

I've worked in the business and restaurant industry for a decade and a half and have never been so disrespected. I stopped in on Feb 24 2024 at 5:00 pm to get my wife some broccoli cheddar soup. And the older gentleman was frustrated because he had a big moble order. I told him "all I'm getting is an order of broccoli soup" You would have thought that I asked him to make enough subs for the whole town of Butler. Because I this attitude I told him that I was good and that I would take my business somewhere else because I don't appreciate the attitude. So he cursed me out in front of my 11 year old daughter. Even after I walked out he called me a POS and told me to never come back. My family usually gets food from subway but we will not be getting from there. This is not the first time that this gentleman has done this too us but we will not be giving them business anymore as long as that gentleman is working there. Literally the worst dining experience Ive ever had. I suggest the owner looks at the cameras from the day so they can see how nasty he treated me and...

After finishing my meal, I unknowingly dropped my wallet in the parking lot. Hours later—2 to 3 hours later—I realized it was missing. My heart sank with panic, because a wallet carries not just money, but your whole identity.

When I called the store, the staff reassured me right away: they had found it and kept it safe. That calm assurance was priceless in such a stressful moment. What touched me most was that they didn’t just ignore it or leave it lying there—they noticed it in the parking lot, took responsibility, and stored it safely until I came back.

A very special thanks to the manager, Jessi, who handled everything with so much care and honesty. The kindness and integrity shown by Jessi and the team turned what could have been one of my worst days into a reminder of the goodness that still exists in people.

Wow! This is honestly one of the BEST Subways I have ever been to! I come in sometimes during the morning, and sometimes in the evening, and the service is beyond celestial 90% of the time. Both the morning and night workers are soooooo extremely nice and actually talk to you unlike every other fast food place I've been too ! Plus on top of the outstanding service, most of the workers are very very quick and finis h me an my husband's subs within 4-5 mins.
