Quite surprised no one has left a review yet. This place was amazing! Raul was more than accommodating and such a sweet guy. He keeps this place super clean. The set-up is like a duplex apartment, with units on the top and bottom floors. We were happy to see how spacious and clean this place was kept. We had a 3 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath on the top floor. The kitchenette has all the pots and pans, dishes and silverware - enough for a family of 8. We also took advantage of using the gas grills for burgers and hot dogs after swimming. The pool was also clean. 14 max in pool and there’s 14 chairs. Beds were comfortable enough for one night, but even for a weekend, i think would be just fine. The only gripe I had was the wireless signal. But other than that, it was perfect. Besides, it’s good to be disconnected and have a blast with family during the time you’re here anyways. ❤️ we highly recommend the place. A definite Yes to Raul...

This property definitely exceeded my expectations. There is an individual cottage and a few apartments, fully equipped for longer term stay, and with a nicely arranged pool area. It is located across the road from the ocean, but there is no beach (or beach access), just an empty lot. The hosts are very accommodating. The cottage has tall vaulted ceilings, studio design, feels spacious, and has slightly separated sleeping and living spaces, plus a small patio, which was great for 2 people to be able to work remote for a week. The pool is right behind the cottage, which makes it feel like it is private ( it helped that the property wasn't crowded during the week).
