"This warehouse is a complete mess. Even if you arrive on time, they might make you wait without any explanation. We arrived on schedule, but instead of starting the unloading process, we were made to wait for over two hours, and no one explained why. The workers can't organize the process properly, and the management seems to have no idea how to run things. I also noticed that no one is keeping an eye on the cleanliness — the area is dirty, with trash everywhere, and communication with the staff is non-existent. 7/31/23 delivery at 11:00 am..You better listen to those reviews and honestly don’t take the risk to come at this location.I took the risk and now I regret it Don’t let that happen to you..if you decide to came here just bring time,breakfast /lunch/dinner and lot of patients, and make sure you don’t book your next load because you won’t make it to the pick up.. unless is 10 hrs after you dropped off in here..I will never bring another load to this...

I can concur with the wait times. Brought in caps that get unloaded in the glass bottle dock. Only one dock to unload, average time to unload one trailer 2 hours. I came in at 7am left at 2:40pm, three trucks ahead of me, one already getting unloaded. I lost two preloads, the whole day, costed me a few thousand. But no...
