I tried contacting someone of Arkansas Dermatology regarding a horrible day I had on May 27, 2025. I was given the run around, an attempt to transfer me to the billing department, and an insistence I give my name and birth date and much, much more information about the problem before I was told my complaint would be forwarded. I have called the Arkansas Health Department and Arkansas Medical Board. Further calls got me the names of the "partners" or owners of Arkansas Dermatology and I emailed them. I have been a patient at Arkansas Dermatology, seeing Douglas A. Clark, PA-C without complaint regarding his professionalism or competence. I was seen in the Cabot clinic at least twice over the past year. I had an appointment for May 27, 2025 at 1 pm. I left Clinton AR with a friend driving, at 11AM. While driving a wreck caused a back up on Hwy 5 so we turned around drove 4 miles north then turned toward Beebe and then looped around to the Cabot Clinic. This took an additional 45 minutes. We had to wait in the car because an out to lunch sign was on the door. When admitted the person at the desk informed me I did not have an appointment there. She said my appointment was at the Heber Springs Clinic. Interesting since my appointment card had Cabot Clinic stamped on the back and I did not request to go back to Heber Springs. Furthermore, I received one phone call, and two texts reminding me of my appointment. At no time was I informed of my being Scheduled to the Heber Springs Clinic. So, we called Heber, informed them of the fiasco, and they said they would see me in the afternoon, knowing it would take me over an hour to get there. We drove up hwy 5, only to find it still blocked. We were told it would be 30 minutes to 3 hours to unblock. We turned around, probably were we got a nail in the back sidewall of the passenger rear tire. It was raining and miserable outside. We called a wrecker for a tire change. I called the Heber clinic to cancel my appointment. Finally the wrecker came and the tire was changed $60.00. We drove home. I then went to buy a new tie and have it mounted - $85.00. I was so upset, I had to take a tranquilizer and lie down, (NO, I do not regularly take any form of this kind of medication). We wasted 5 hours and went through a very stressful time to say the least because of this...
Read moreMarcus Webb is one of the finest skin care providers I know. He always makes you feel so comfortable. My daughter and son and daughter-in-law and mother and myself are all patients of his. Read moreI have been putting off going to the dermatologist for years! The sun damage from my youth has grown more and more evident in the day finally came when I needed to see a doctor. Upon my arrival, I could see Jada’s smile even with her mask as she greeted me. Her cheery disposition was clear. Next I met Amber Clark. So kind and friendly. She asked me all those painful questions about my height and weight and didn’t even snicker! LOL Doug came in and introduced himself. He did a thorough examination of my 63-year-old skin. He remarked that I was young! Which One me over! LOL his knowledge and thoroughness was appreciated. The appointment was quick, friendly, thorough and professional. I recommend this...
