I booked my jump a week ahead of time on a monday at noon. The lady on the phone miss Janet was very kind and professional filling me on the details. Finally the big day came and I was pumped, I received a call around 9:00am miss Janet asked my if I could come in a little earlier because the winds were picking up. I told her it was not a problem since I was already on my way, she thank me.

I arrived at the facility and I could tell it was a small business because the facility wasn’t very big, but hey you’re here for the thrill of a lifetime and they do an excellent job in providing that.

When I walked in the front office miss Janet greeted my with a warm smile after, I met my instructor my man Luis. Man this guy is a character he was funny he was charismatic, larger than life personality, he made a lot of jokes in Spanish which was awesome since I am Hispanic.

When we got on the plane and took flight I was feeling pretty good and relaxed, and it was actually my first time flying on a actual airplane, I know it’s crazy, my first time on an airplane and I jumped out off an airplane.

Man the rush, the adrenaline it’s like no other. If you’re in the area I highly recommend this place if your looking to make your first jump, everyone here is friendly and professional.

My instructor Rick, was exceptional. He provided clear instructions, reassured me throughout the process, and ensured that I felt safe and confident before the jump. THE most amazing and extraordinary experience I've ever had! From the time I arrived I was at ease. Even until the moment we jumped I was at complete ease with my instructor Marcus, who laughed and joked before, during and after my jump. He made the experience fun! The facility is clean and small so you don't feel intimidated. There were 40 jumps scheduled that day and with that amount of traffic, I knew I was in the right hands. I've wanted to skydive for years and although I live in LA - the land of the fearless - I jumped in the right place at the right time with Dallas Skydiving Center. I highly recommend this place. It was well worth it. I now have an experience that I can show my family for generations to come. If you do it, I highly suggest purchasing the video package.
