We went to CHINA OUTLET. When I tell you that it isn't a place I would visit again it's an understatement. We went to the section of the solar lights and the guy was so condescending. I don't know much about solar lights. My understanding is, you place them outside, the sun powers them et voila you have light. This guy whom I regret not asking his name because as he spoke my brain kept telling me to "let it go" would reply to my questions starting with the word "again". AGAIN WHAT? Yes, explain that to me again if you want to sell your merchandise! Don't act like you are a explaining nuclear physics to a pheasant when in fact you only have two phrases and don't have the knowledge to explain the merchandise based on the question. The guy was thin and had a very long beard and by his attitude I'm guessing he isn't the owner, thus, doesn't care what sells. He needs additional training on customer service. It gets better. I get to the cashier and she says to me that the size on the zebra shade box is actually TWO sizes smaller. I don't know much about shades but I know sizes. USUALLY, if something is labeled as 32" you expect 32". Not there. You must remove 2" from the size listed. SO, I asked "is there someone that can bring me a 34"? NO, you must walk all the way to the back, find the correct size, then return and wait while they finish with the next customer. Absolutely NOT! Never EVER going...

This place is pretty big. I'm originally from New York so this just seemed like an oversized dollar store but not with dollar prices. They sell a large variety of things from fake flowers to tools. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of certain things. But in the end I don't think you'd find anything too impressive here. You get what you pay for. I do my own 💅 and they had a lot of stuff for that. To decorate nails like stones and stuff, plus a plethora of nail files. They had an assortment of things for dogs like beds and bowls. They even had pet strollers that cost $100. I'll post photos of what I bought...

Selling product that does not work. They do not chance product neither give to you a credit in the store showing front everyone that does not work. Manager Wilnet Quinones says: "I don't care if did work, if coma out of the store I can't help you". Great customer servicer and return policy never seen in Puerto Rico. They don't respect DACO policies. Go straight to "China Depot" better prices, customer services...
