ADA Central Signs — Local services in Cairo

Over the past 8 years, I have used ADA Central Signs for 11 retail build-outs. For the most part, I have been happy. The signs come well packaged and are consistent.

I recently placed an order for a replacement sign. It finally shipped 13 days after I placed the order. I sent an email regarding the delay, then received an email stating that my order was “declined.” I do not know whether they shipped my order or cancelled it, as they will not reply to my emails or answer their phone.

After a long partnership with ADA Central Signs, I can no longer recommend them and suggest finding an alternative.

Customer Service - Phenomenal and I have high standards.

Product - Excellent. They could easily charge twice as much (but they don’t!).

Details - Derrick contacted me after my first online inquiry. He was very prompt and even replied on the weekend (shocking!). I was having a hard time choosing from the color palettes online. I asked him to send me pictures of the samples and he texted me a ton of samples in outside lighting so I can check out the true colors. He even asked his co-workers to help me pick out the best color combination. I needed my products by a certain day. I ordered them last minute and they were able to push my order through so I could get it on time. Actually, it came 3 days early! 10 out of 5 stars...
