Customer service is a foreign concept to these people. Supposedly, they are an authorized Husqvarna dealer. I went in there with some broken parts for my zero turn, which is still under warranty. I had called Husqvarna home office the day before and was informed that an "authorized dealer" would have to personally inspect the parts before a warranty claim could be made. The representative I spoke with sent me to them. They are one of two authorized dealers in the area. Upon arrival at Lloyd Miller & Sons, their response was since I purchased the zero turn at Farm & Family, Farm and Family was responsible for any warranty claims. They, Lloyd Miller, wouldn't even make a phone call to try and help resolve the problem. They were absolutely useless! I ended up purchasing the parts just so I could get out of there as quickly as possible. I went straight home and took a shower just to get the stench off. Had I purchased the mower from them, would I have been treated any better? I don't know, and I don't care. All I know is that I will never visit that place again under any circumstances. The only reason I gave them a one star rating is because it is impossible to give them a zero...

There is a technician in the back named Jerry who is absolutely awesome. I finally decided to break down and buy a new mower for my own personal reasons...
