Only reason a 2 star was given was because maintenance was fast and prompt at fixing issues quick and fast do very nice apartment loved the storage space that was given did not like that the washer and dryer were constantly breaking down was told we could go into another building to use laundry facilities but shouldn't have too washers and dryers were definitely old and definitely should be replaced moved out end of January only major complaint I have is when you move out don't expect to get your deposit back quick it's been over 30 days and I now have to go to the courthouse to file a complaint with the court because landlord cannot see sure the deposit is returned within the time frame would definitely not rent from Kelley nor Stelvio management ever again if given the opportunity neighbors are allowed to start problems and Kelley evicts people and sides with those who have been living there longer she gives long living tenants unfair seniority no harassment intended here as I'm only giving my honest opinion on how I feel the owners...

The staff are really nice and maintenance is fast. Only leaving one star due to MASSIVE German cockroach infestation in D building. They were in the fridge, on the walls, coming out of vents literally everywhere. Monthly pest treatments were done but the infestation was so bad it wasn’t making a difference I don’t think. Having known the building had treatments previously before signing the lease would have been nice but it was never mentioned. We had to throw away over $7K worth of new furniture and electronics that they got into that we purchased when moving in to avoid the risk of bringing them with us to new home. Not trying to bash in anyway just wanting to leave the review so others are aware of the infestation if they are moving into D, and haven’t previously been made aware.

I have lived here for years. The parking lots and walkways used to be cleared by 7 am. They used to salt the parking lot. Since the new owners have been here the parking lot has barely been plowed and if they do plow it it’s late in the day. They actually sent out a text saying their plow broke mid job after the last big storm and had no plan ‘b’ we just had to wait until they fixed the plow. They don’t use salt. The parking lot is a death trap. Ice everywhere. They don’t clear walkways until evenings. Old owners used to have the common areas of the buildings cleaned weekly. We are lucky if this happens ...
