Washing trucks isn't rocket science but there is a science to it. They cleaned my truck really good the first time. Second time my truck was still dirty on the rear door and under the body. Third time they didn't clean my rear area properly again and it was still as dirty as before. Also, someone forgot to put one of my magnetic company signs back on my truck. I didn't realize it until a fuel stop, almost 200 miles away. But... That's my fault for not being more observant. However, it's this last time that got me... They performed a under body flush, which I assumed would be done by hand sprayer to control water flow and placement but no. They used a water flushing system that sent water all over my motor and ruined my trucks ecm or ignition system and my Freightliner wouldn't start the following morning. I lost a load and a few days of work. Luckily I have a warranty so I was saved the expenses. Thank God. So in a nutshell... Do's and don't are in order with this wash. Visits dealings may vary. But since options are low for this particular type of service in close proximity, I'll give them human error and mechanical over zealousness...
Read moreI was in there this morning and am still shocked by the poor work ethic and idiocy of one of the individuals that was "washing my trailer". I've put this into quotes because you apparently only paying for a rinse of the trailer and soap (that didn't get rinsed out) because they're on an 11 minute schedule. As my experience goes, employee is rinsing my trailer, as I'm explaining to him that there are dirt tracks from a forklift that I need to get sprayed out, he's trying to explain to me that it's going to be extra per minute to work on those. In which my reply was..What do you mean, you have a pressure washer and you're not even spraying the dirty area. He continues to argue with me, explaining that they can do that, it's just going to be more money. I then needed to get his manager involved, Lance, whom was very helpful but then ended up doing the complete trailer was by himself...and the track marks came out w/o issues. Unbelievable.. If you have to use this facility to wash your truck/trailer make sure you're walking around and inspecting the job AS THEY GO! Good Luck Drivers and Stay...
Read moreWhen I called them to complain they laughed ,I really don't know why they act that way. I told them 4 times to wash the cylinder in the picture but they ignored me. They didn't used acid , there is grease on the rims , there is mud and grease on the paint. If they used acid to wash my truck I will fly to the moon and rotate it to see the other face of the moon. If they do not refund the money American Express will do it. Every one of you must open a dispute if they wash your truck the same way they washed mine. This will be the only way to determined them to do the right job.I told them to charge me extra just to make quality because I have to do some touch-up paint . I will call mobile truck wash to do the job. Manager asked me if I like the way the wash it and I show him few spots but there was a lot more. He tried to correct that but in the mean time the way he act he tried to convince me that is time to leave. Very simple they care just to take my money. After one year they start doing a better job . Probably new team . I changed my review...
