Beautiful ❤️ even though we missed the superbloom. The mountain trail leads ya to the top and then you can get out of your vehicle and hike, in our case to find the poppies. We only saw smatterings of poppies, but we found mustard plants in great abundance. Los Olivos is right near by for a nice lunch or whatever. Overall a fun day!

Figueroa Mountain is a great mountain to hike up. The trail from the fire road gate and parking area to the summit is about 2 to 2.5 miles one way, or about 5 miles round trip. The hike offers awesome views of the surrounding Los Padres National Forest, mountains, and on a clear day views of the ocean. Overall, a great hike.

Figueroa Mountain is a great mountain to hike up. The trail from the fire road gate and parking area to the summit is about 2 to 2.5 miles one way, or about 5 miles round trip. The hike offers awesome views of the surrounding Los Padres National Forest, mountains, and on a clear day views of the ocean. Overall, a great hike.

secret photographer location please respect the area and do not stomp on the poppies they are delegate and get killed by that way. Please don’t share this location on social media because trending places people don’t respect and trash the area.
