In my experience, never a big crowd. Just a few pickup trucks and Jeeps off-roading up through the canyon and in the wash. Nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle and be in awe of how these rocks came to exist. Standing so close to the San Andreas Fault, possibly the most well-known earthquake fault that most only associate with movies or a high school science class. We are only on this evolving planet for just a spec of time compared to the millions of years for these rocks that we can hike on and imagine how difficult this landscape will look like a million years...

Came back about 30-45 min later and our car was broken into along with 3 other cars.
