My wife purchase her I phone12 pro max from the Apple store, and since she was already with cricket wireless, she put there's sim card into her phone for service. She had been with them for some odd 12 or more years, remind you she purchased her own phone to bring over for cricket services, and just this week she decided she no longer wants the device on cricket wireless. Just to find out cricket had locked her phone the phone she's brought from the Apple store. She can't get no others carried because cricket decided too lock her phone. We tried calling customer service but to no avail no one could help us. The customer service representative told us Apple has her phone lock, as we we're on the phone with one of Apple representative he stated " Apple can not lock or unlock an purchased phone". My wife had to go and purchased her an new phone due too this situation, her iPhone 12 pro max which costs her 1400.00 is trash because cricket has her phone locked. I don't think this is lawful for an prepay service company...
