Taco Bell — Restaurant in Camilla

Zero starts!!! Stay AWAY from Taco bell in Camilla Ga! Horrible amounts of racism from the General manager. She had threatened violence towards me. My son got injured helping his friend, he had road rash pretty bad, and he had puss coming out of his arms and the General manager told my son to still come into work, then weeks later she told him he didnt have puss oozing out of his arms. He went to the ER for this accident and they pulled him out of work for a week and a half. Upon him returning to work from his medical excuse, she has played with his hours. She makes the white people do all the work while her and one of the managers sit in the lobby playing on their phones and doing absolutely NOTHING. This lady is very unfit for a general manager position especially with all the assault charges she has on her. Her and all of the employees use racial terms towards the white employees. Lots of wrong doings inside of those walls. More than just labor board issues. We will be contacting the labor board, health dept and an employment attorney. The general manager also doesn't care if people get the right order or not either. STAY...

Had an disappointing experience yesterday. Pulled in the drive thru to grab a drink and some chips and salsa. Two cars were in front of me. We did not move for a while. I had somewhere to be, so I'm thinking to myself - "if neither of these cars pull up in the next 3 minutes, I'm leaving." During those 3 minutes, I watched two cars pull in behind me, stay for a minute, then bail. (This was 1:30ish, so not lunch rush.) I then see the lead car at the window, receiving food & drinks, appears to be a sizable order. A minute later they hand it back to the cashier. Clearly something was wrong, but instead of having that car pull forward, while they corrected whatever error was made, they let that car sit in the same spot at the window. While the other car and I sat in the exact spot I had been, since I ordered. I eventually had to leave without getting my food, because it took so long. They really need to work on proper procedures. Any other place has you pull forward if it's taking too long or if your order is wrong, so they can serve...

I'd give a zero if i could. My order was 3 grilled cheese burrito deluxe boxes and a beefy 5 layer burrito. There was a sign at the drive-thru that said there was no lettuce which was ok with us. Upon receiving our food at the window, we didn't receive a receipt, straws, or sauce packets, which wasn't a problem either. We looked at our food to make sure the order was correct and found that we were missing the beefy 5-layer and a cinnamon twist, there were no tomatoes on any of the food, the burritos and tacos were by far the sorryest made taco bell we'd ever seen and the chicken in the cantina chicken tacos was cold and hard. Like they forgot to turn the microwave on. Im not exaggerating and even took pictures. We spent almost $40 on a meal that was worthless. So irritated by this. We addressed the issue with the guy that took our order. He said he was sorry and gave us what was missing but there was nothing he could do about the rest of the issue. Never going back here.
