Maybe if the reps would have less conversations about their bd and man problems on the phone with potential customers and actually pay attention to details, then maybe I wouldn’t constantly have issues with my policy. You give them all honest information and then get something in the mail about an increase or cancellation for something as stupid as not having proof of address . Y’all had all this information to give them when y’all took my money everything ran through SSN or license number . Then hanging up in your face when you call it out!!! Do some more training bc this is plain incompetent behavior!!!!!!!!!

Edit : I don’t want to talk to resolve NOTHING. Due to all information not being transferred to the insurance company , my policy was cancelled!!!!!! For not having proof of address !! You had all the information when you took my money though. Will be calling my bank back for a refund...
