2.25.25..I arrived for my D/H appt scheduled 2.26.25 upto 134a. I called prior to arrival and was told that my load was ready but I'd be a live load. I checked into the office and was advised to wait for a call to a door. . I received the call to a door at 813p. The gentleman in shipping from first shift was nice enough to put me in a door but i had to wait for 2nd shift that came in at 11p. Here it is, 1130p, and no one has come out or called about loading me as yet . You must keep your doors closed until someone comes and tell you tonooen them. He came around 1140p. The loading began at 1242a and was done by 138a. Please bring your patience, babee, cause there are trucks EVERYWHERE!!!!. Basically, get in where you fit in. Pack a lunch, bring book or play games cause yeah. They were loading OTR's out of two doors all other doors for the most part was TYSON. I called Tyson to speak to someone in the HR department and the female that answered the phone the first time just said Tyson Foods and it sounded like a recording and when I said may I speak to someone in HR we got disconnected. I called back and when she answered she she Tyson Foods with a very annoyed tone and when I asked for HR she let out a huh with a very annoyed attitude and just transferred me no hold on, have a good day nothing.

I do not think a corporation would want anyone to give off the vibe that just answering the phone (which I assume is her job) to be so annoyed by someone calling and make the called know she was annoyed by you calling.

Maybe she needs a different position where she has no interaction with people.

If you smile when you answer the phone you will portray a much better attitude.

Maybe some additional training in...

I arrived for delivery, and my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. I’m hauling a dry van with spices – it’s a dry load.

When I checked in, the receiver told me there was no appointment under my name and that I’d have to wait until they call me when a dock becomes available.

I informed them that the broker had scheduled the 9:00 AM appointment, but the receiver replied that they don’t work for the broker – the broker works for them – and told me to wait.

After this delivery, I have a pickup scheduled for 2:00 PM, about 50 miles away. It’s now 12:00 PM, and I still haven’t been called. I may have to contact the next shipper and...
