Staff was friendly and the gentleman was very helpful with loading my tank into my truck.

However I thought this company charged the same since I went to its location in Mineola, just a week ago and paid $42 for two tanks. Well, apparently this location charges by the tank and not by the gallon, which Mineola does. When I was checking out a Mineola they were kind enough to let me know that some places charge by the tank a flat fee and others charge by the gallon -? Well I thought this location did the same and I was wrong. I almost paid twice as much then I did in Mineola, thank God I looked at the invoice while in my vehicle because I realized they charged me for 40 lb and I had a 30 lb - they were very kind and refunding me $10. $45 is very steep for 30 lb film and I have been feeling throughout the whole United States, they are more expensive than even California - shop around! I just have to remember to ask before I go to the location if they charge a flat fee or...

CLUELESS Went here to get propane. I told the lady I needed my bottle topped off since it was going to be in the upper 20’s that night. This would’ve been a good time for her to tell me they charge a flat fee, not by gallon or pound. She tells me to leave the bottle and they’ll call when it’s done. When I return, the guy that fills the bottles said it was already full. Maybe the other guy did it or maybe someone else filled it.
