Took my grandson to the open house they had. We got to see the evaporator and the fresh syrup, visited the gift shop for some maple popcorn and of course pure maple syrup. Although we were disappointed that nobody explained the process to us, nor took the time to really show us anything. I thought it was something that was geared to children today. The syrup is delicious but the open house experience wasn't what I thought it was...

Such delicious maple syrup at Shemanski's. They have all the treats too. Maple popcorn, Taffy, creamed maple syrup which I thought was super interesting. Does syrup is packaged in these beautiful collective glass jars. A must in my book Once you taste real maple syrup you'll never go...
