Heritage Square Pharmacy — Local services in Canal Fulton

If you're new to the area or thinking about making the switch, you won't be disappointed.

My family's used this pharmacy since we moved here, 20 something years ago. And as an adult, it's the only pharmacy I've used. (Loyal customer for 13 years.) The overall experience is much better than that of a chain pharmacy. They know you. They'll work with you in anyway possible and the prices always beat out the big chains. If they don't have a medication, they'll order it and have it sent over quickly. It's personal here. The Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs are very patient, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. They offer a ton of services to make your life simpler.

The newer stand alone location is wonderful and I definitely prefer it to the plaza location, especially the ease of the drive thru. I love the dollar aisle, the neat products they keep up at the counter, and the Heggy's Candy. (My 13yo son has been buying handfuls of 5 cent Laffy Taffy ever since he was a toddler. It's how he learned to count money.) The store is always clean and quiet. The only downfall, is they don't offer late hours, but their other qualities make up...

Had a script sent over from another pharmacy after hearing heritage prices were better and they might price match I called to ask and when I did ask if they did price match I was told that “they usually do pretty good” in a rude tone all after calling once and being hung up on and calling back to the same person being rude from the start after answering. I proceeded to go in store and talked with the younger man behind the front desk and he was very pleasant and helpful but the price wasn’t the best in the area and he was very understanding and helped me send the script to another pharmacy in the area. I called the pharmacy it was sent to in the morning and they told me that they had a strange interaction with heritage as well. I’m not sure who was answering and making these calls but the customer service for people simply trying to get the best price on their medication was unacceptable and I won’t be returning. Thanks again front desk worker and whoever answered the phone for me and called the other pharmacy I hope you’re doing ok. Would recommend IN STORE but would NEVER...

This pharmacy is excellent! The staff is helpful and caring. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they will be. And even when things get complicated with my insurance, they are patient and work with me to make sure everything is right.

I have been getting Rx filled here for 20+ years and they have always been wonderful. For a short time i switched to riteaid because of changes in my insurance, that was a mistake. The last straw was when riteaid made a mistake that left me without medication for days and didn't even apologize! A similar problem arose at Heritage Square and they worked with me to make it right so that I didn't miss a single dose.

They even have an app, and it works better than the ones the big chains use!
