Charles E Bogan is useless to say the least,

Answering machine is full, operator is always busy and always get a message saying “nobody can help you right now” can’t reach anyone, sent paperwork in to legally change my name around April-May of 2021, never heard back from anyone until July 1st, when Charles emailed me and told me I had sent in the wrong birth certificate, sent in the correct one to Charles E Bogan, July 1st, also sent him an email telling him I sent the paperwork, never heard back. Sent numerous amounts of emails, left him voicemails, and it’s been crickets from them. It is now October, and not one word from anyone. They took my original birth certificate, as well as all of my notarized paperwork, and now I will have to go pay for a new birth certificate at the Registry of Vital Records all the way in Dorchester, I will have to re-do all of the paperwork, go get it notarized all over again, and physically go to the court and hand it to them . Such a shame it has to be this way, I’m unsure if it is due to the fact that I am transgender or if they have some sort of vendetta against my name decision but this should NOT be happening, I understand the courts are backed up due to COVID-19 but to not even reply back, give any sort of confirmation , or let alone not even give anyone an option to make a phone call...

My daughter's NARRSASIST father has had my poor daughter for 5 years I've been fighting for her the whole time. He never follows court orders with no consequences and refuses to let me talk seee or text my daughter. He is homeless now and he gave my daughter away to his friends Wich are strangers to our ( my daughters family) and yet again no consequences. They are horrible! He is ruining my daughter and judge Gorman has giving this crazy man complete control of my daughter. This is bad. They should be ashamed of themselves for failing my. Poor child and subjecting her to being stuck with a father that is so unstable and leaves her alone ,gives her away, tells me if you give me 3 hundred dollars you can have Emma for a week just to never show up as I sit there waiting to see my. Babygirl with. Tears in my eyes and h never shows. He loves the power he love the conflict the confrentation and loves to lie and I thought the courts would see through his craziness but they. Haven't...they actually believe him they are obviously not trained when it comes to...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went in and tried to get a temporary order... the man in charge of temporary orders being approved to be seen in front of a judge was extremely rude! He called my name and I walked up to him and immediately got an attitude.... he belittled me loudly in front of everyone in there..... said in an extremely rude and condescending tone that I don't deserve special treatment (i had done a temporary order earlier that day and the judge denied it but only responded about 1 of 2 subjects i was bringing forth to be heard so i went back to modify it and request it be seen again about only the subject that wasn't looked at)..... and when I told him that I needed this done, I need help, what do I do, in a very desperate tone, he gave me a look of disgust and walked away like I didn't even exist.... like i wasn't human and practically begging for help.... I have never been treated in such a horrible way in public like that.... be careful who you try to get help from..... horrible, just horrible.... I sat in my car and...
