I use to go to the Canton Walmart on a regular basis. I purchased a battery mid February from Walmart. After about a week or two I threw the box away. Then, a week later the battery post broke off. I took the battery back to exchange it for a new one and was refused that option. They told me they couldn't do it without the box due to no bar code. At that moment I also didn't have the receipt with me. I asked if they could look it up with my card and was told they couldn't do that in their store. So I went and purchased another battery and brought it to the service desk so they had a box to do the return. They still denied me my return. I then called Walmart corporate office who was very nice and the found my transaction within a few minutes and emailed me my receipt. I then went back to the store with my receipt and was still denied my refund. I was treated badly by the staff and the 2nd shift manager Tim. Even with my receipt he would not give me my money back. I had to call customer service once again to make a complaint. They told me they told me they would take care of it. The next morning the store manager Ryan called me and took care of the issue very quickly and gave me a full refund. I am just very disappointed with the Canton Walmart and how I was treated. I find it ridiculous it took 3 hours of discussion 4 trips and 3 phone calls just to get my 60...
Read moreFinally they restocked a few small size,& more of assorted leggings.Only plain black or grey,but better han waiting on my 3 orders still not here from other companies.My left knee cap got broken at Hy-Vee Memorial weekend.My skin is so sensitive & the special brace is so tight for just this injury,I figured out this is the best way to do it.I saw a gob of patterned & styles the day it happened.lol Must have all sold out.I have been wearing the smallest size 4 straight leg jeans I have,but the denim is still too "bunchy".All the workers were really sweet today.Could not believe how rude other customers were! Not 1 store I have been in is even close to truly handicapped accessable!& doors won't open,people deliberately get in &/or block your way,run into you.Its disgusting.If no more goes wrong,I will heal- but lifelong handicapped in wheelchairs,etc won't.This is there life.This is going to be too of my protest list...
Read moreSo I go to return I item that I bought 1 day previously..I had my receipt and the item was defective...I was questioned as to how I used the item...which was COMPLETELY absurd to me..and then was told by supposedly the storm manager that each Way Mart stores are DIFFERENT and that he couldn't return my item which that store CURRENTLY has on their shelves!! I was attempting to be calm as I was looked at like I was trying to pull the wool over these associates eyes which wasn't the case at all!! I was told by this manager by the name of Mike that each Way Mart is not the same and he would not let me get my $$ back..I grabbed my item ...promptly called him a as** and heard him mouth back.."now you can leave the store ..which got him the response of F You!! I am done spending $$ there..at least I know when Wal Mart closes because of online sales from Amazon and the like I will have a smile...
