BEWARE!! Do not park if you intend on needing to pick up your car after hours. My wife and I were led to believe that we could simply pick up our car after our flight back home from an MSI one way cruise. To our horror, we arrived back only to find that security had no access to allow us to retrieve our car. The website does not state anywhere that customers would not be able to pick up there cars after hours. Do not make the same mistake and look for other options. We will never book another cruise out of Port Canaveral.
Update: We came the following day to pick up our car and upon arrival we were told they could not open the gate to do a simple drop off and our driver would have to pay $17. Tracy was extremely rude, walking away and telling us to look at our receipt. We showed the receipt, and told her there were no instructions and she said that wasn’t the right receipt. We then exited the vehicle and took out our belongings, I asked Tracy if she could help our driver back out she said “don’t ask me questions if you see I’m already doing it”. When the manager came I proceeded to walk over to him to talk to him, but he rudely and aggressively told me to “stop” and when I simply stated I wanted to talk to him, he said there was nothing to talk about. When I asked for his name he said he doesn’t need to talk to me. I would advise any potential travelers to make arrangements with other parking options.    Read moreNever park at this terminal parking lot, they fill up fast and end up having cars park on the outside exposed lot instead of the inside covered parking. We paid over $18 per day just to end up outside covered with bird droppings next to dumpsters.
The staff is totally clueless, no one to direct us to the overflow lot then tried to charge us again later after parking. The staff was rude and verbally insulting when asked where to park in overflow. This was the worst experience and ruined our trip.
