I had horrible back issues. I was in constant pain. The terrible SWFL pain doctor viewed me as a profit center. The unqualified "physical therapist" treated me like someone who was 30 years older with one foot in the grave. I was told core conditioning could help solve my pain issues instead of masking them with nerve blocks. I researched Fit+Fun, which offers core conditioning classes. It took 4 to 5 days a week of core, stretching and yoga classes for 8 months to get my back normal and pain free again. The owner, Tina Kaiser, is the most qualified exercise guru of the many I have used. She has one heck of a sense of humor as well. Stacy and Victoria are also beyond superlative. Read moreAttended my first class at Fit and Fun with Tina today, and all I have to say is "WOW, what a workout"! I absolutely loved it even though I was regretting not having really worked out in the last year (TV remote curls count right?)
Tina made the class really fun and took the time to explain each different activity in the workout. She also had some amazing music playing throughout the class. That, along with her encouragement, made it one of the best workouts I've ever done!

She is tough, funny, professional and a great inspiration. The classes are very challenging and always something new. Never the same class twice. Then you have Suzie ! The best butts, guts and barbell class I’ve ever taken. (30+years going to gyms) She has more ways to help you get a deep, results driven workout. I especially loved her cool down stretching.
