I bought a new Frigidaire range with air fry convection from Gibbels. Eleven months later I called to say the air fry convection blew black smoke throughout my kitchen. They came to check it out telling me not to worry they were not going to keep me hanging. They could not get cooperation from Frigidaire which is not surprising, but they also dismissed me saying Frigidaire said there was no issues. I have cleaned the stove several times and it is still to this day blowing out smoke and filling my kitchen. Frigidaire could care less about the extra funds I spent to have this air fry convection on my range and now I know that Gibbels Appliances could care less too. The insulation in my stove was burnt and they haven't even replaced it. Gibbels has very good service men who come and try to correct the situation but there hands are tied with a manger who does not follow through and has kept me hanging which is what he said he...

Before he began the service call, I showed him the thermostat and he didn’t think it would be a problem to install. I explained there were more wires on thermostat than we had on our old one and he Assured me, he could figure it out.
I went off to work with my wife left behind to pay him. He explained to her that he could not install the thermostat as it is a “smart thermostat” and we would need to set up another service call for this!!! When I scheduled a service call, it would put the understanding that we had to install a new thermostat. I also thought we had that clear from the beginning of the service call!!

Update July 24. Service has gone way downhill. Asked for an estimate on mini split system, and for a month and a half, we called and called trying to get it. They finally gave it to us the same day we got one from another company. That company took 5 days to do the estimate, so I paid them the little bit extra and went with them instead of Gibbel.
