I knew the owner of Kirbtech and one of the associates from a previous computer company where they both worked. I was impressed with their knowledge and technical skills in the computer world. It was unfortunate for me when I found out that they were leaving the company that introduced them to me. I knew that I would have to retrain somone else in following the template or footprint that has already been created.

The time finally came when I had the opportunity to learn more about Kirbtech and was more excited to know that the previous associations I had with 2 techs, previously mentioned, were part of Kirbtech.

I found that in the growth of my computer technical world, I needed more guidance and direction than I was getting from the presence company I was working with. The presence company was growing more in the development of software and I needed more guidance in the networking aspect of my business and also a state of the art backup system. Well, I found both with Kirbtech. They are a company that is very decidated to their business mission and it has been proven to me, a new customer of Kirbtech, several times.

This is an update to my initial review. I brought the computer in for repair. The computer was new and had not been used. The issue was no video input. I was informed I would receive a call to discuss steps before deciding how to proceed. I received a call indicating computer ready and to pick up anytime. I went there learned what was done and came home. The computer was still not working. The monitor would not display. I checked my old computer to make sure it wasn’t the cables and the computer displayed. I initially left a very disappointing review.

Kirby acted in a professional manner, called and texted and wanted to make things right. He also provided a full refund. As the computer is a gift and it was already having these issues the computer was returned for a refund. As I stated I would provide an updated review once I received the refund. I see it has processed. I am therefore changing the rating to 4 stars. I appreciate the professional nature of wanting to get to it. I can’t give it 5 as I was initially told of one plan and then it resulted in another plan and I was told the computer was fixed and it was not.
