Bud tenders and staff were nice and the prices are great. Problem is they have an elderly security guard roaming around while you are trying to order and he has a gigantic 200lb rottweiler with him that he cant control. He let the dog run right up to me and start smelling without me asking. The dog actually barked and snapped at me and leapt at my face. Im a vet with PTSD, i dont need giant dogs attacking me when i go to the dispo. Im a dog person and let it go after jumping backward and screaming. I tried to laugh it off and said something like 'guess he doesnt like the look of me haha' to which the security guard snarled back with 'IT SAYS DONT LOOK HIM IN THE EYES RIGHT ON THERE!'

I didnt know I had to read the security dogs clothing for instructions. Im just trying to buy weed.

Anyway, I wont be going back unless I hear they have reassessed their security situation. Until then i will stick with the Twisted Hat near by, it is a much more laid back experience.

Been back two more times since my original review and pleased to say no dogs jumped at me so definitely a better experience.

The good: Sales and discounts Wax Wednesday Inventory updates frequently Fast buying experience

The bad: It's more of an opinion but i find the store to be a bit sterile. Great place to take someone who is more into the medical aspect and is turned off by the "stoner culture". The layout confuses me a bit because I have never been to a dispensary where you enter and exit the same door. When I finish at the counter here I almost always automatically turn right and start walking towards the podcast studio door. Kiosk ordering system, I find to be unnecessary and it eliminates a lot of back and forth you should have with the budtender. You can't get strain advice or dosage suggestions from the kiosk so I don't really like that.

Honestly they have won me over with their sales and if they keep offering wax Wednesdays I'll probably keep going back.

I had made a purchase here last week. Once I got home, I had some issues with two of the items I had purchased. I had left a review expressing my dissatisfaction, to which Kris replied and asked me to swing by so it could be remedied. I met with Kris and Justin and was blown away by not only their professionalism, but also their eagerness to make sure I was walking out the door a happy customer.

This time I tried some flower based on their recommendation and the quality is far superior to what I bought last week at a similar price point.

As far as the facility...its gorgeous. You could eat off of the floor. Copious amount of parking available. Friendly staff. They actually have daily deals, not some lame discount for expiring products, like another nearby dispensary does.

I am looking forward to everything Frosted Nug has planned...

Just got home with my order. I added a pack of cones at checkout and lo and behold the budtender didn't put them in my bag. On top of that, I bought some flower because it was a decent price and it was clearly labeled as "Craft Cannabis". I opened the bag and all I can smell is hay. The buds are also clearly popcorn buds, which was not stated anywhere, on top of being drier than the Sahara. I am beyond livid. I realize it isnt the stores fault, but they should be aware of what they are selling. I feel taken advantage of and have never been more displeased with a cannabis purchase in my life.

Edit: Just ripped open a Pyramid cart from order. Oil is near black with visible terp separation. This is the epitome of what you do NOT want in your lungs. BUYER...
