I had came here in November, me & my boyfriend had a wonderful experience. Tour guy i believe Julio? i don’t remember the name. he was very helpful & very polite. I loved every minute of the activity. with that being said, i brought my family sometime last week. A family of 7, & we were all there on time, we all had our license, Girl in pink hair, other girl with short hair & glasses & crooked teeth, & the “manager” with glasses as well, were so rude & very unprofessional. We couldn’t ride the ATV due to ONE person not showing up which was my aunt. The party WAS for 7, which 6 made it but one couldn’t. DUE to one person not being able to make it due to personal reasons. ALL 6 of us were NOT allowed to participate & ride the atvs. we offered to pay the 7th missing person, we offered to give someone else the 7th persons spot, we begged & begged. after an hour passes since she told us she was going to talk to JEFF their manager/the OWNER, they then tell us there’s nothing they could do & we couldn’t ride the atv because we were one person short. They were rude during this interaction, they weren’t accommodating in no way shape or form. This was a terrible experience for my family especially after recommending them to this function. With that being said, we had to put a deposit/hold. of almost $800, $110 per person plus tax. SINCE THAT ONE person was missing, & WE COULDN’T ride due to one person missing. they kept HALF my deposit with NO REFUNDS. they got to keep $400 because we basically “CANCELLED” when we ALL showed up besides 1 person. & even OFFERED to put money up for THE MISSING person. BELOW, is NOT my picture. but this is ONE of the girls that was extremely rude! & two more younger ones, a manager & another clerk. While the two young woman were arguing with us, the manager didn’t say A WORD. Being a manager, i believe she needed to calm her minions down, & take over & try to accommodate or talk to us. We all know perfect english & spanish. so therefore there was no excuse for the manager not to be helping or talking. After us begging, she then said if we don’t leave she would be calling the cops on us. we were there already for an hour & we didn’t wanna cause anymore drama than what THEY did. I work in customer service, i believe we should have someone higher up calling us, with an appropriate apology, an accommodation, & some type of compensation of payment, gift card, or discount, etc, whatever it is for this matter. If you rent thru this company, MAKE sure everyone is there in your party & have a...

The check-in process for the ATV tour was straightforward. Upon arrival at the front gate, clear signage directed us to the check-in area, and the process itself was relatively smooth.
The ATV tour spanned an extensive area of land, offering trails that were bumpy and filled with large puddles, making the experience fun and adventurous. However, the tour fell short in terms of time. Advertised as a two-hour tour, it ended up lasting just over an hour due to a delayed start, though it still concluded on time. A significant portion of the tour was spent discussing the land, instructing on ATV use, and ensuring the group stayed together with multiple stops, which could be frustrating for experienced drivers who might find being directly behind the tour guide unenjoyable due to frequent slowdowns and stops. Mid-level drivers might find this arrangement more suitable to avoid crashing into the guide while adjusting to the group's pace.
Throughout the tour, we encountered a diverse array of wildlife, including chickens, ducks, alligators, iguanas, wild horses, donkeys, and cattle. This added a fascinating element as we navigated the varied terrain of ridges and bumps on the trail.
After the ride, there is a Mojito bar offering various food and snacks, a nice addition if you want to hang out a little longer. We also had the freedom to walk the grounds, as there didn't seem to be any restrictions on where we could go, provided we were cautious and aware of other motorists.
In addition to the ATV tours, the company provides trail rides on horses, zip lining, and other activities for visitors to enjoy. Overall, the ATV tour was a mixed experience, with the highlights being the engaging trails and abundant wildlife, though the time management and group dynamics could use...
Read moreSpecial shout out to Gianni & Emmy! The atv ride was so awesome and Gianni and Emmy were patient and accommodating. One of our friends was afraid to drive, but they were so patient and comforting that our friend warmed up to it and had a great time too!
The down side to this experience was booking and dealing with the lady at the front desk of the atv ride check-in. When we booked the trip she originally stated that they WILL NOT run our credit card for a deposit, they would just have it on hold in case we don’t show up to the reservation—which is typical and understandable for a business. However, several hours later we received a call stating that they tried to run the credit card but it didn’t go through. When we informed the woman on the phone that we were told the credit card wouldn’t be run, she was combative and rude. Eventually, she apologized and said we could continue with the reservation as we were originally promised. When we got to the check-in for the reservation, the same woman informed us that our reservation would be $250.00 more than our original quote. We were shocked! Then she said it was because we reserved all singles; no we did not. After 30 minutes of back and forth conversation she allowed us to have doubles and honored our original quote.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU HANG UP THE PHONE!
GOGGLES/GLASSES NOT INCLUDED—GOGGLES $40, GLASSES $20 (you can bring your own but we were not informed until we got there) FACE BANDANA NOT INCLUDED—$9
I suggest getting the goggles because glasses will still allow dust and dirt to get through. Wear a long sleeve shirt if you are worried about burning and definitely wear sunscreen. Your clothes will get dirty so prepare for that.
THANK YOU AGAIN GIANNI AND EMMY YOU...
