Just returned a soured gallon of pasture-raised Organic Valley milk, expiration three weeks ahead. The refrigerator was set at 40 degrees, which is the exact temperature at which harmful bacteria starts to grow, then with people opening and closing the door to remove products the temperature is probably closer to 45 degrees - or more. They said they received a bad batch. And although i called the manager the day before to report it, the sour milk was still in the case to be sold! And no one seemed to care. And no one apologized. I simply love the Freshmart chain as I’ve visited many around the island! Always clean with lots of labels for pricing and bright lights. Kind professional friendly staff and their vitamin section always has knowledgeable persons in those aisles. Healthy food and juice options, produce is pricey but fresher than other spots. Cada vez que voy siempre pasa algo en el área que hacen la comida ..la palabra favorita es no lo tengo disponible..trabajan bien diferentes al de Guaynabo..ellos no ofrecen las papas de la casa y cuando te dan las papas wedges te sirven como bien poquitas!! Pedí la pizza rústica..la empleada no tengo..mi novio pidió el avocado..la empleada no tengo la salsa..veo mucha falta de supervisión..cuando esta en Guaynabo tenían pero en un momento dado se había ido la luz y regresó..entonces tenían todas las órdenes acumuladas y solo dos empleados trabajando y los demás dando vueltas..mi madre preguntó los demás empleados no pueden ayudar?? Y entonces se movieron a resolver!! Me encanta la tienda y lo que venden pero tienen que mejorar los detalles del no tengo..porque así también me dijeron con una de las bebidas que era con avena!! Que creo que pudieron resolver mejor por que ustedes venden avena!! Ya van varias veces y varias situaciones diferentes!! Y me encanta pero decepciona!! A veces por eso los negocios se caen!! Y se que estamos pasando por momentos...
