PSD; Roll Off Services — Local services in Carrier Mills

BEWARE! VIOLENT OWNER very rude toward my family and they still haven't refunded me like the said they would. Where to begin..P.S.D..Payed 3 months in advance for the worst company ever! Had to give them one star but they do not even deserve one. The owner of the company is extremely rude. Quite frankly he was a smart a** every time we talked to him, you can tell he has no respect for his customers or anyone else. We have had nothing but issues with the company from day one. My fiance would have to call them every trash to see when they were coming. They would change pick up times for trash collection and never contact us to let us know when. My fiance would have to call and ask them when they would be coming to get the trash, so we could hurry and sit it out before they went by. Sometimes trash would be out the day before, but wouldn't be picked up. They would just skip us. We have a trash box by the road as we live in the country and animals love to get in the trash and drag it everywhere. We asked before we payed them if getting the trash from box would be an issue, they assured us that it wouldn't be a problem. A few weeks later and it became a problem. You get a trash can with your services and they would try to empty just the can they provided and not take any of the other trash with them. They tried to refuse to take more than few bags of trash at a time, any time we had more than a few bags they would try and leave it in the box and not take it off with the rest of the trash. They would refuse to put the trash cans back where they got them, they would leave them all in the drive way, even after we ask they be put back a number of times. Finally today was the last straw, they came for the trash late like always and once again tryed to leave the trash in the box, I was home so I went out and asked for them to take all the trash including the stuff in the box. The owner comes on my property approaches my self and my 17 month old daughter gets inches from my face and pretty much tells me off while I hold my child. I tell him my fiance will be in touch with him about the whole insdent and he replied if he has a problem tell him to come find me. They took there trash can and left our cans by the street like the love to do and drove off. All we wanted was a dependable trash person but clearly we have chosen the wrong...

Wow, these reviews are extremely surprising. We switched to PSD 2-2.5 years ago, shortly after they opened. The service has been impeccable and the owners are always extremely kind and helpful. Their employees always put my can (that they provided) back where I had it and shut the lid. I never have to worry about my can collecting water due to the lid being left open, the can being left on it's side, or left in the road like we have had issues in the past with other companies. In all of this time, I have never once had to call them nor have had a complaint whatsoever. All of our friends, family, and neighbors that have PSD...

Adding review to note that this offices' workers did not pick up as promised, left cigs all over, expected us to be okay with their excuses of not picking up, wanting us just to wait until next pickup despite paying for the service upfront, even offering to pay $,1200 up front for whole year, charging my card without permission, and now trying to gaslight wife as though we were never customers. Thats funny, that money came out of our account to this place, and wife disputed it with blank, and blocked this trash business. THIS PLACE IS THE LAST PLACE TO WALK INTO IF YOU ARE NEW TO TOWN AND...
