Alyssa I can’t say Thankyou enough! The communication from the very first message was prompt and all about “what worked best for us” and then I hurt my back before our appt and you had no issue working around that! The time and dedication you put in explaining mattress lingo in a way we could understand. Talking us through the correct mattress for us and why but not being pushy about it is refreshing to see from one sales person to another. 😝 I am so glad we found you just wish it had been before we bought the nightmare motel like mattress! 😳

For anyone considering a new mattress I urge you to see Alyssa and do not bother going anywhere else! The prices are great, the selection is wonderful, but Alyssa is the true gem here!

Completely blown away by our entire experience with Mattress by Appointment Monongahela! From the start, we received a prompt (almost immediate!) response on Facebook when inquiring about mattresses and their appointment process. We were able to schedule a next day appointment and Alyssa was sure to make sure it fit our busy schedule! When visiting the store front, Alyssa was so very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and listened to our wants and needs. She even entertained our 3 year old while we browsed! Im giving this place a 5 star. I went in there not knowing where to begin with getting a new mattress but i had the most amazing experience. The owner responded to me and set up an appointment asap for me to come and check out the mattresses. She was very detail orientated and definately helped me make a great decision. I went in there with my children as well and it literally felt like we were at home while there. Best place i will tell everyone about this place that is looking for a mattress.
