We just moved to Carroll over Labor Day weekend. We ran into Fareway to grab a few items not knowing the store was about to close. The meat counter had been pulled and we decided to just go to a different store to pick up what we needed. As we were walking out, Bryan the manager asked if we needed anything. I advised we needed steak but didn’t want to bother them while they were cleaning. He walked me back to the counter and helped us get exactly what we needed. It felt great to be treated like we were in our own town and it meant the world to us. We even left with a baby gift for our expected grandchild.
