Slumberland Furniture — Local services in Carroll

I did not have a good experience! I chose Slumberland because I have purchased furniture from there before. I chose a sofa and chair in dark brown. The floor model was tan. I had to wait a few weeks to sell my other furniture. First delivery was a brown loveseat. They left it so we would have something to sit on. The numbers on my invoice did not match the delivery invoice. Texted salesperson about that. The next delivery a week later was the sofa and chair in tan. The last delivery was correct...right before Easter...people had a place to sit, thank goodness! I did get a $200 refund. And I did go back and bought a chair side table with...

John Witt, our salesman, greeted us shortly after my husband and I walked through the doors at Slumberland. He was very helpful and friendly as we began to look at dining room and living room furniture. We weren’t planning to buy anything today; however, John was able to answer our questions and took the time to look at availability for us. We ended up ordering a new sofa and loveseat because it will be at least 6 - 8 weeks before both pieces can be delivered. We also purchased a floor model dining set that was half off the original price. We are very pleased with our experience at Prenger’s Slumberland...

Jeanie was great! Very helpful to me and my 92 yr old mom. I had spoken to her Saturday and received price and she took me right to the chair. Then helped me bring in mom to try out the chair. She was accommodating even though we showed up 5 minutes to closing on a Sunday. She took her time with Mom and didn't rush us at anytime. She also brought out a wheelchair to help mom thru the store so we didn't have to unload hers from my truck. She did the sale, gave us extra copies so we each had one and explained the payment and delivery options. She even helped mom out to the truck! Amazing...
