Greetings to All I bought a Stove, Fridge, Washer and Dryer. I went in to purchase just the stove and fridge but they worked with me and we were able to add the other two for a VERY reasonable price. Delivery was very reasonable too. When the items were delivered the stove had an issue programming it and i ordered the wrong dryer (gas vs Electric -100 % my fault). They took them back to the store and resolved the issues. Nothing wrong with the stove - I needed to program it then it would work, and the dryer was replaced with the correct style - gas. Delivery back to my place was immediately after. With all my hiccups they barely needed me to call. They work on resolving everything before i had a chance to talk to them. Just to setup the next delivery.

If you are looking for a great place to buy inexpensive wholesale/reconditioned/used appliances (and other items too) I would definitely take a look. What it would have cost me for ONE appliance, tax and delivery - I got FOUR, tax and delivery.

As I read all these great reviews about Hammond I am just shocked by the experience my daughter had with them on 6/20/2025,they delivered a dryer to her today in Middleton and when her 92 year old landlord politely asked them to pull the old dryer out and just set the new dryer in its place not hook it up just set it there they said we can do that but it's gonna be a $80 upcharge....what kind of bullshit scam are they trying to run here,the landlord did agree cuz he really had no other option heres the kicker.... they hauled the old dryer out and didn't come back inside leaving the new dryer sitting in the middle of her living room after collecting the $80....what a straight up crock...

I bought my first king size mattress from them many years ago. I got a great price on it and it held up well. I purchased the second one and shortly after a month there is severe sagging where I sleep. I had hoped for $600 it would have held up more than a month. I called n talked to them and they were unable to do much. The man I spoke to said I could come in and get another one and he would give me a good price.
