This was my first time coming to the Pioneer Day Festival in Cartersville
I found it kind of werid how there was a $10 entry fee then there was Tickets to buy as well. (Other fairs I ahve gone too are just directly tickets and sometiems they include some food too!). But here it was Paid entry, then food and tickets seperate. No problem just a diffrent system compared to many fairs I have been too.
There was a fair selection of rides I belive about 10-15 rides Wait times were reasonable (about 5 minutes) The food was pretty good, a little overpriced but reasonable for a fair. (about 10-15 per person)
One thing i wish was exceuted better was the cables. My mom is in a electric scooter and with cables all over the groud everywhere it was a constant game of wil we make it ove this batch of cables on the floor And there was TONS of cables on the floor... everywhere
If it comes by again I will consider going, but it wasn't as great as I...

Dont mind paying to get in, free parking in a grass field...no problem. Once inside, their were a total of 5-7 booths to buy small crafty items, and then small fair rides. Oh and guess what, you had yo buy tickets! Roughly 4 tickets a ride. Not cheap. If you have kids, it might be fun for about an hour. Keep in mind it will be very expensive if those kids wanna ride the rides. BUT, I will say it was a nice pretty drive through...
Read moreIt was fun but too expensive and the website prices are not accurate to what you actually pay. It is $5 to enter but the unlimited rides pass is listed as $20 on the website, me and my boyfriend both had $5 off coupons for unlimited rides so the pass should’ve been $15 each. Nope, the lady at the ticket booth charged us $25 each even after I tried telling her the website stated otherwise. Like I said it was fun, but I will not be attending again...
