I would highly recommend this place to any bride-to-be. The facility is very clean and well organized, and the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't need an appointment to come look at dresses, and they have some in my size (I'm a "plus size bride") and in a VERY reasonable price range that were close to what I've been looking for. Several dresses were lace-up. I was expecting them to just lace a few of the loops enough to get a basic idea of what the dress looks like - no, the girl who was helping me (I believe it was Savannah, I'm sorry if I got the name wrong, I'm horrible at them) laced up my dress all the way and even tied it nicely so I could really see what the back looks like. I could not have been happier! The only downfall for them is that there is not a load of dresses, but this isn't a bridal shop, it is for prom and pageants as well. I went with my grandmother to look for a dress for my upcoming fall wedding. The woman working said that they might not have what we were looking for and I said that was okay, but was it okay if we went ahead and at least looked before we left, just in case they did have my grandma's dream dress. She practically booted us out the door asking if we had "just checked at a Dillard's instead" before we even made it to the slim pickings they had for wedding wear. My sister and I stopped in to look for a homecoming dress for her. The selection of plus size formal dresses that this store offers is very minimal. We asked to see some dress books so we could order a dress in my sister's size. The woman working was less than friendly, handed us a couple of books, and offered little assistance.
