AT&T Store — Local services in Carthage

I came into the store to in a hurry and they had three employees there with one customer. They only had one tablet that was working, so I needed to wait until they were done with that customer. How about you get your stuff fixed? All I needed was help to get my phone to charge. There solution was to plug it in, like I had not thought of that yet. I was misinformed when I called in to speak with customer service. I called in about a line that was added to my account & was so DISTRAUGHT trying to activate it! I eventually went into my local AT&T store & Martha was absolutely GREAT!!! She resolved my problem & I left the store with a WORKING DEVICE and a better rate. I came to pay my cell phone bill and Direct TV bill and the store was locked with a sign on the door that said out to lunch.
