My experience with Gatewood is 10 STAR worthy. These folks take customer service to the next level. In short, my 4 wheeler had a mechanical problem the day after Thanksgiving. We were able to finally get it on a trailer Friday. A local, we are from Tennessee, told me to try Gatewood for repairs. Took the wheeler there late Saturday afternoon. To my surprise they were open. Mr Gatewood, the owner, dropped what he was doing and personally repaired my wheeler with 1.5 hours. The bill was extremely reasonable. Excellent experience! I was on the first day of a two week bike trip when I hit something in the road that took out the front wheel of my Harley. A fellow rider found and called Gatewood Powersports and as luck would have it, they had two complete Harley wheels/tires. BJ sent one of his guys out with a truck/trailer and they hauled my bike to his shop where the wheel was swapped out in 15 minutes.
