Snap-on Tools — Local services in Cary

I Bought a 3/8 torque wrench and within a year and very light use the thing started shutting off mid torque. After giving to the snap on dealer the beginning of January, I get it back on April 1st with a recalibration date of 1/20/25. Was told the wrench got sent to the wrong shop where it lived for over 2 months and finally came back to me. Glad I bought it New so that I could unwillingly let another shop borrow and use it for over 2 months. I thought they were just slow at repairs, turns out they were just negligent....

Awesome customer service. I’ve have Snap-On Tools that are 85-90 years old and I sent them an email and they requested pictures of the broken/worn item. I sent them the information they requested and I got a replacement in 7-10 days every time. When I sent the a picture of a broken 1/2” ratchet they ask if I got it a garage sale I said no. They stated that if I did it wasn’t guaranteed for life. I’ve never bought tools fro a garage sale. They asked me to sent the ratchet to them for repair and they sent me a shipping...

Snap On Shame on you guys.. You just change the Entrance for Trucks.. From route 176.. and you put signs just before the old entrance.. To enter on Valley View!! And there is nowhere to make a u turn!! TRUCKERS if you coming here from route 31 going east on 176 route You have to make a right turn South to Valley View Rd (which is a NO TRUCKS WEIGHT LIMIT 5T ROAD!!) and entrance for Snap-On is going to be on left not...
