I Bought a 3/8 torque wrench and within a year and very light use the thing started shutting off mid torque. After giving to the snap on dealer the beginning of January, I get it back on April 1st with a recalibration date of 1/20/25. Was told the wrench got sent to the wrong shop where it lived for over 2 months and finally came back to me. Glad I bought it New so that I could unwillingly let another shop borrow and use it for over 2 months. I thought they were just slow at repairs, turns out they were just negligent....
